	Q Code is a visual coding method that describes the specific characteristics of a foot type with graphic images. They include anatomical and functional findings that help your doctor define which Quad your foot type is in. Some of these characteristics will become more obvious to you once you have observed a video showing your gait.
	If you would like us to foot-type your patient via pictures or gait video, you may submit those by e-mailing us at tech support@whatsmyfoottype.com In the subject line, please enter patient’s first name and last initial. Attach the corresponding pictures and/or video (videos should be 20-30 seconds long). Be sure to leave your phone number in the message body of your e-mail and the best time to reach you. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond back to your request. We will give you our foot-type assessment and orthotic recommendations. We can also arrange a time to analyze the video together – please feel free to call in order to schedule a phone consultation.
